YARDGEM Denizcilik A.S. “YARDGEM DOCKS” was established in May 2004 through a joint-venture between YARDIMCI Shipping Group and GEMSAN, two of the oldest and well established maritime sector firms in Turkey, with the aim to serve Turkish and International Shipping companies by providing ship-building, ship repairing, maintenance and overhauling services. Yardimci & Gemsan firms were established in 1975 & 1983 respectively.
MAIN SERVICES
“YARDGEM DOCKS” are capable to provide repair and maintenance services for all types of ships up to tonnages of 80.000 DWT. They are able to dock about 45 vessels per year on their floating dock. Additionally they have the capacity to perform renewal of 4 - 12 tons of steel plating/per ship, per day and a total of 5,000 tons per year.

With their specialized workshop and dedicated technicians having vast experience in Engines & Auxiliary Engines as well as for various equipment repairs and maintenance works, our principals are at service for all types of engines & equipment.
“YARDGEM DOCKS” provide all types of pipe pre-manufacturing, cutting, pipe renewal and installation works either at their own workshops manned with their experienced staff or through outsourcing to specialized workshops with which they have been working for many years.
All electrical maintenance works are performed by shipyard’s dedicated electricians, and they procure services from reliable workshops for repairs and reconditioning of motors, alternators and converters. |
